Natalie loved her pickle....too bad, she smelled like it the rest of the night!
We think there may be something seriously wrong with Tessa's tongue...
Here are the girls with their little friend, Makenzy, enjoying their treasured pickles. I think they all sat there chewing on/gumming those pickles for 20 minutes until all the was left was the skin. Gross!Later, the girls participated in the "swimming" event where they did the "crawl". It was so cute because everyone who had babies that were crawling got to participate. Jeremy stayed at the start line with the girls and I was on the other side of the finish line. I was allowed one "enticement" per child. Well, I know my girls pretty well so I got two bottles ready. Big surprise that they went for the food. On your mark, get set, go and the girls were off. They totally smoked everybody (no offense to those of you reading this whose children also participated, I'm just being a proud mommy). They took one look at those bottles and that was all the incentive they needed. Surprise, surprise, Natalie crossed the line and enjoyed her the spoils first. Tessa was not too far behind. Then it was funny to watch all the other parents trying to get their kids across. Anyway, here are pics of both girls with their "gold medals" and their rewards.

You're not being biased at all. You're girls did smoke all the other kids. Bri and Rowdy decided to entertain the crowd a bit more. The kids were by far the highlight of the night. We have video of it on my blog http://jasnaubs.com/aublog/?p=216 (that'll take you to the post and then you've gotta scroll down for the video). It was the big talk at church today. I'm glad your girls were so entertaining!
They like pickles, huh? I wonder where they got that from. They are SOOO adorable. I can't wait to come and spoil them! Only a few more days
that's a fun activity, what a way to include all the kids. I have never thought of giving Parker a pickle- maybe I will try it.
That is awesome! Yeah Natalie and Tessa for smokin' the other babies. LOL!!! I can't believe they like pickles. That is hilarious! The girls and I just bought their BDay presents today. (It's sooo cute!) We are excited to see you guys soon....
They are definately their Mothers daughters. Who else could love pickles as much as their mother did. I can hardly wait until they can eat black olives, one for each finger! Thanks for providing a daily baby fix for a proud Kansas Grandma.
We had so much fun, thank you for taking pictures of us too!!! Kenzy will be ready for a rematch soon!!!!!!
With that tongue, we can all finally tell who is who :)
