The girls were invited to their friend Makenzy's 1st birthday party and it was sooo much fun. It was at Cerritos Regional Park and it was a gorgeous day. Makenzy's mom, Alison, put a pair of sunglasses on both girls. Natalie ripped hers off right away but Tessa decided that glasses are cool and kept them on for quite a while! Later a balloon lady came and made awesome balloon animals for all the kids. She did penguins, monkeys in palm trees, sharks, spiders, butterflies, fairie wings, you name it, she made it. I totally want to learn how! Maybe I can get lessons somewhere and then I can be the balloon lady at my kids' future parties. Anyway, there were a bunch of little ones so the balloon lady made all the babies little flower bracelets. My girls decided they wanted to wear them as anklets.
Later, Tessa decided to take a drink out of my water bottle (without mommy's help) and dumped the entire bottle down the front of her. We had to take her shirt off and then Natalie decided that she should have her shirt off also. They were happy to run around topless (I hope this isn't a trend). Here they are in all their glory in their giraffe print lounge chairs (I love craigslist). Don't be jealous if their boobs are bigger than yours!

They are SOOO cute! I love Tessa and her chic glasses and then the pic of them lounging in the chairs...they look so comfy. I can't WAIT until you guys come out in December!

I am so glad you are blogging again! I have been waiting. Congrats on the van. It looks awesome! I can't believe how big the girls are. They look so different than last time we saw them. Scott and I couldn't believe it...
